Refund and Returns Policy

At Gari Wala, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the terms under which refunds are issued for ride bookings made through our platform.

 


 

1. Advance Payments

  • For Car/Noah bookings, passengers must pay 10% in advance to confirm the ride.

  • This advance amount is applied toward the total fare.

 


 

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Driver Cancellation: If the driver cancels the ride after confirmation, your advance payment will be refunded in full.

  • System Error: If a booking fails due to a technical issue but payment is deducted, the full amount will be refunded.

  • Passenger Cancellation:

    • Cancellation within 30 minutes of booking → full refund of the advance.

    • Cancellation after 30 minutes → advance payment is non-refundable.

 


 

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed rides are non-refundable.

  • Failure to provide correct payment details (such as wrong bKash number or last 4 digits) will not qualify for a refund.

  • If a passenger does not show up at the agreed time/place, the advance will not be refunded.

 


 

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed through bKash only.

  • Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Transaction charges, if any, may be deducted.
